DALLAS, SEPTEMBER 22, 2025 – Biotech and North Texas share a strong bond, exemplified by the successful BioNTX iC3 Conference.


Edgewater Talent was thrilled to participate in the sold out 2025 BioNTX Conference this week.

 

Our Managing Directors, Rodney Moses and Derick Haire, along with Advisory Board Member Amy Rojas, had the pleasure of engaging with Kathleeen Otto-Rosenblum, the visionary CEO of BioNTX (pictured here).

 

The Conference was abuzz with productive 1:1 meetings and enlightening educational sessions, including topics like "Successful Fundraising in The Current State of Biotech Investing" and "Talent, Tech & Trajectory — Building the Life Science Workforce of Tomorrow".    The conference brought together innovative leaders in Biotech and MedTech, alongside investors from the North Texas region and beyond, fostering valuable conversations amidst the backdrop of pressing global health challenges.  

 

A highlight of the Conference was Edgewater Talent’s discussions with Tan Parker, Texas State Senator and Council Member of the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council of Texas, who is dedicated to shaping AI policies for optimal outcomes and best practices while driving economic prosperity in the state.
