Amy Rojas, M.A., Leadership Consulting Innovator & Trailblazer Joins Edgewater Talent Advisory Board

AUSTIN, April 23, 2025 – Edgewater Talent announces the appointment of Amy G. Rojas, M.A., an accomplished HR and Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach, to its Advisory Board. With over 20 years of leadership experience in complex, global organizations, Ms. Rojas brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into the firm.
Ms. Rojas also joins Edgewater’s Leadership Consulting Division as an Executive Coach and HR/Leadership Consultant. She brings extensive expertise across both the Commercial and People domains, helping organizations develop and implement effective talent strategies, build high-performing teams, and accelerate new executive assimilation to drive business success. She also guides leaders through meaningful transformation, from significant change initiatives to successful M&A integration.

After more than a decade building a deep understanding of business from the commercial side, Amy transitioned into HR where she spent as much time capitalizing on the most effective talent strategies. She has since channeled her passion into her own company with the specific goal of enriching business’s greatest advantage, its human assets, to achieve business goals. Previously Global Head of HR for Dickies and Emerging Brands at VF, Amy helped iconic brands reach greater success through innovative yet practical people strategies. Prior to that, Amy was Vice President of HR for Novartis partnering with Senior Vice Presidents and their leadership teams. Amy also held various senior HR leadership roles in other Novartis divisions including at the headquarters in Switzerland. Amy also created an enterprise-wide, cross-functional Mergers & Acquisitions team to ensure the effectiveness of these change efforts by combining strategy with process and people, a non-negotiable combination required for change success.
International Coaching Federation (ICF) – certified, Amy coaches executives in a variety of functions. In 2014, Amy created an Executive Womens’ Group that meets annually to combine diverse thinking for current strategies to tackle today’s business challenges. She was the founder and President of the first European Affiliate of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), a 30+ year professional association for women in the healthcare industry.
Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. She has been trained in the Hogan Assessment, Hay 360 Assessment, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
