Evelyn brings a rare blend of business leadership, deep psychological insight, and decades of hands-on experience.
As a C-Suite executive, Evelyn has worked with thousands of leaders taking on new roles. She served as Global Managing Director of Leadership & Talent at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, JP Morgan Chase, and KPMG. At KPMG, she led a matrixed team of over 100 people and managed a $100+ million budget while spearheading leadership and development programs that earned the firm a top national ranking for training excellence.
Her early career as a licensed individual and family therapist, publishing original research and co-authoring a seminal textbook in her field, has given her exceptional psychological insight.
Evelyn has led cultural integrations in several Fortune 100 mergers, working side-by-side with executives to harmonize leadership teams and embed new cultural norms across global organizations. Throughout her career, she has partnered with CEOs, boards, and top management teams to navigate high-stakes moments—including large-scale mergers, corporate reorganizations, and turnarounds.
In her coaching practice, Evelyn has been a pivotal force in CEO succession planning, CEO and C- suite coaching. and executive team effectiveness.
