Julia will provide consulting services to the Oncology, Pathology, and Hospital sector practices for the firm, working directly with clients to provide insightful, strategic guidance in talent recruitment and placement, utilizing both her extensive global network of key opinion leaders, and her rolodex of scientific and commercial leaders in life sciences industries as well as in Academic Medicine and Hospital Care.

She has almost thirty years of experience working with healthcare professionals within the Oncology Service Line to include Clinical Research, Academic Medicine/Faculty Recruitment, Strategy & Business Development, Community Cancer Care, Pathology, Precision Medicine, Community Outreach, and Population Health.

Her range of work includes oncology recruitment services (to include all sub-specialties), clinical/translational research, faculty recruitment (Physician/PhD Leadership), population health, precision medicine, women’s services (Breast, Imaging & GYN Oncology), ambulatory operations, physician practice management to include JV’s, system strategy and executive network development. 

As an Oncology and Pathology specialist, Julia understands the complex structures that reside within healthcare today, giving her a comprehensive understanding of clinical operations and how to successfully build a framework that integrates an oncology and pathology programs across an entire system/network.​

Julia is an active member of several professional healthcare associations and currently sits on the Vendor Committee for the Association of Cancer Executives (ACE) and the Planning Committee for the International Oncology Leadership Conference (IOLC).
