The power behind Rodney’s executive search skillset has been shaped by his experiences working with executive search firms throughout his earlier career experience as an in-house (client side) Talent Acquisition leader. He knows what the client needs in terms of efficient, and professional search by an executive search firm.

After two decades of leading talent acquisition roles, Rodney founded Edgewater Talent Executive Search in 2021. He designed the organization with his clients in mind: clients have many different talent needs; Edgewater Talent not only providing retained, executive search services, but provides Leadership Consulting and Talent Strategy & Implementation Consulting across the Healthcare/Life Sciences, Technology, and Industrial sectors.
