Lydia Coleman, Search Industry Communications Specialist, Joins Edgewater Talent

Named Vice President, Client Services and Communications
CHICAGO, March 19, 2025 – Edgewater Talent announced today that Lydia Coleman, a search industry specialist with over 20 years of experience in client services and client communications, primarily in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, has joined the firm as Vice President of Client Services and Communications.

Lydia began her executive search career as the Chief of Staff to the President of Boyden Executive Search and was the administrative liaison to the President and to the World Board of Directors for 62 offices worldwide, six international Boards of Directors, and over 20 standing Board committees.
Lydia was recruited to join Hunt Howe Associates Executive Search as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner in the healthcare and life sciences subsidiary division, called H.M. Long Global Healthcare. Later, Lydia was recruited to CTPartners, a global executive search firm, and named senior administrator, where she executed business development projects across the global practice. In 2017, Lydia joined ZRG Partners, in the global life sciences practice, as a senior administrator in contracts and in marketing.
